I have bought a new mobile phone, it’s the htc hero. Thing is I am trying to transfer all the data from my old phone to the new one but not having much luck. Is there anyone out there who can tell me where I can get help with htc hero phones? Maybe there’s a support line or something, I have tried to find it myself but havn’t been able to locate it. I must admit that I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to this technology stuff. I don’t really belong in this techno age, I’m more of a landline kind of guy but have to be contactable at all times because of business. Can I use any software to transfer it all across, or maybe do it via bluetooth. Other than that I really like the phone, it is a really smart stylish phone, much better than my old brick. I only stuck with it for so long because I was to afraid there was going to be issues like this.
